How to Use After Purchase
From payment to first lesson takes just a few minutes. This guide covers every step — feel free to forward it to family too.
Check Your Account Details
After paying, check the Chat window on Shopee / Lazada for our message containing the website URL, username and password. Screenshot the whole thing and keep it safe.
Open the Library in a Browser
Type the URL from that message into any browser on your phone or computer (Safari / Chrome both fine). No app installation needed. Bookmark it for next time.
Log In to Your Personal Account
Enter the username and password from Chat. Each account is created under the buyer's platform username, so it's easy to recognise; future purchases are added to this same account.
Find Your Course & Start Learning
Once logged in, find your purchased course folder under “My Files” or the home directory. Videos play online (castable to TV); documents view online.
Want Offline Copies? Just Download
Tap the download button next to a file to save it to your device. For large collections, download in batches and make sure you have enough storage space.

- The account is one person per account — please don’t share it with non-buyers; unusually heavy logins may get it suspended.
- Validity follows the tier you bought (6-month / 2-year / long-term). We’ll remind you in Chat before expiry.
- Digital goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered; try a free sample before activating.
